Silence and Wonder - Poem

Just before glorious thunder and rain

There is a great silence.

Silence is golden

Rich, promising something new

Just before something great is about to happen

There is sometimes silence

Before God is going to do a great thing

Sometimes it appears

Nothing is happening

but around the corner

The greatest is yet to come...
